A massive fire has broken out in UP's Mathura Refinery. 10 people are injured in the fire, out of which the condition of three people is said to be critical. All the injured have been admitted to the hospital. According to the information, the fire broke out due to gas leaking in the refinery. It is being said that the fire has been brought under control. According to official sources, two workers were burnt to death in a small fire at the Mathura Refinery. Let us tell you that a 40-day shutdown is going on in Mathura Refinery.
It was told that the ABU plant of this refinery was kept shut down for 40 days. After everything was finalized it was restarted. It is estimated that there was leakage in it and the furnace burst causing a blast, after which the plant caught fire.

Out of 10 people burnt in the fire, three have been shifted to Delhi for better treatment. The incident occurred around 7.30 pm on Tuesday when the fire broke out while the start-up activity was going on after the plant was closed. Renu Pathak, Public Relations Officer of Mathura Refinery, said that there was no loss of life and the fire is under control. An inquiry has been ordered to find out negligence.
Two employees were killed in a fire at the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) refinery in Vadodara, Gujarat on Monday. The blast, which started around 3.30 pm on Monday afternoon in a benzene storage tank of the refinery located in Koyali area on the outskirts of Vadodara, later spread to two other tanks nearby. Two persons – contract employee Dhimant Makwana (who died of injuries on Monday) and canteen employee Shailesh Makwana – had died in the fire. An IOCL official sustained injuries and is undergoing treatment at a private hospital.
