Kaushambi: A shocking incident has come to light from a psychiatric asylum run in Kaushambi district of UP, Ansar Ahmed, a person who has worked in this institution, has alleged that the operator of the institution murders psychiatric patients and smuggles human organs, Ansar alleged. It is alleged that the dead body is buried under the ground in the premises itself, however, it is also true that on October 23, the director of the trust, Mehndi Ali, has filed an FIR against the accused Ansar, in which Ansar has been booked for Sarebazar Mehndi. Allegations like misbehavior with the wife, assault on Mehndi and assault on the little girl (19 months) are also included.
Just a few days after this incident, Ansar Ahmed has made serious allegations against Mehndi like human trafficking, after which Kaushambi DM has formed a team in the matter and ordered investigation. In Kaushambi, this case is of Minhajpur village of Sarai Akil police station area.

This person, who has become Mehndi from Anuj, says that whatever allegations have been made against him, they are completely wrong and have been made with the intention to implicate him. According to Mehndi, people in the area do not like him because he is a Muslim, whereas Muslims do not like him because he has converted from Hindu to Muslim. Mehndi says that at present there are 21 psychopaths in his trust, of which 9 are women and 12 are men. Mostly he finds psychiatrists through the administration and police, while many times he also brings patients found on the streets to the ashram.
This trust named One Umbreala was formed in the year 2018 and most of its funding comes from friends and close people. Many times the trust also gets money under government schemes. According to the trustee, till now he has taken a loan of about Rs 3 crore from different banks to run this ashram. Currently, 10 feet high walls, a court for playing volleyball, many rooms for the mentally ill patients, a hall for their entertainment and studies, so that the mentally ill patients can be taken care of, have been constructed inside the trust. However, according to some people of the village, the trustee's behavior is not good towards the people of the village, hence people shy away from meeting him.
