There has been a significant increase in terrorist incidents in Jammu and Kashmir in the last few days. Terrorists are being continuously killed by the army but still their morale is high. Terrorists are also targeting non-Kashmiri people on a large scale and are doing target killing. Now on Friday, news of terrorist attack has also come from Budgam in Kashmir. Here terrorists have shot two non-Kashmiri people.
The condition of the injured is stable
On Friday, unidentified terrorists shot and injured two non-Kashmiri people in Mazama Budgam area of Jammu and Kashmir. Both their hands have been injured. According to the information, the injured people have been admitted to the hospital and their condition is stable. The area has been cordoned off to nab the terrorists.
Bihar laborer murdered recently
Earlier, the bullet-riddled body of a migrant laborer was recovered in Shopian district of the Union Territory. Officials had informed that the person whose body was recovered was a resident of Bihar. The worker was identified as Ashok Chauhan. He lived in Sangam area of Anantnag. It is believed that the laborer was killed as a target killing by the terrorists.
Terrorists using modern weapons
Recently, during the encounter in Akhnoor, three terrorists were killed by security forces. A huge quantity of arms, ammunition and other material has been recovered from the terrorists. It is clear from the discovery of such a huge cache of weapons along with weapons that these terrorists had come under a big conspiracy with the intention of waging a long-term war. The recovered items included sophisticated weapons like M4 carbine, AK-47 rifle and other material.
