Former UP chief minister and BSP supremo Mayawati on Tuesday alleged that both the Congress and the BJP tried to change the reservation policies for Dalits in the states under their governments. Attacking the governments of Telangana and Karnataka after Haryana regarding the new system of reservation within reservation, Mayawati said that BJP and Congress are on the same plate and the threat to the society and the Constitution has increased from them.

Mayawati said in the next post, “After the BJP government of Haryana, now the Congress governments of Telangana and Karnataka have also decided to implement a new system of reservation within their reservation to divide the Dalits. The BSP chief said, ''The casteist parties like BJP, Congress and SP, who consider the political power of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other marginalized people as a threat, It is necessary to be extremely cautious against divisive intentions so that the caravan of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar remains strong.
'There is a conspiracy to keep Dalits fighting among themselves'
Earlier, Mayawati had said on October 18 that the Haryana government's decision to implement classification in Scheduled Caste (SC) reservation is a conspiracy to divide Dalits again and keep them fighting among themselves.
