The process of nomination for the assembly elections in Maharashtra is going on and just before the nomination, the tone of socialist leader Abu Azmi, who threatened Mahavikas Aghadi, has changed. On Tuesday, Abu Azmi said in a special conversation with India TV that now he will never speak against Mahavikas Aghadi. He said that there is still hope of getting the number of seats asked for. Let us tell you that he had demanded five seats from his allies in the Mahavikas Aghadi alliance but SP could get only two seats. Despite this, Abu Azmi has given a different signal by showing leniency.
Doubts about Nawab Malik
NCP Sharad Pawar faction has made Fahad Ahmed its candidate from Anushakti Nagar on its election symbol. Fahad is going to contest the elections against Nawab Malik's daughter Sana Malik, while this time Nawab Malik himself can contest against Abu Azmi. But whether Nawab Malik will contest the elections as an independent or from any party is yet to be decided.
Abu Azmi set out to file nomination
Samajwadi Party leader and Grand Alliance candidate Abu Azmi from Mumbai's Shivaji Nagar Assembly seat today came out with hundreds of his workers to file nomination. During this, MP from Faizabad Lok Sabha seat Awadhesh Prasad also joined him. While filing nomination, the tone of the SP MLA seemed changed today. Abu Azmi said that from now on he will not speak against Mahavikas Aghadi, we all are together. Along with this, Awadhesh Prasad also claimed the victory of Mahavikas Aghadi in Maharashtra.
Abu Azmi had warned
Earlier, Abu Azmi had threatened the allies of Mahavikas Aghadi and said that we have declared five candidates. Azmi had said that if the seats are not decided soon, he will declare his 25 candidates. We have candidates for Anushakti Nagar, Byculla and some other places. I will not beg, if the decision is not taken then I will distribute the AB form tomorrow.
