Gupta, quoting the plaintiff's complaint, said that Sanjay Rajbhar is suffering from oral cancer and is undergoing treatment at Medanta Hospital while staying in Diamond Apartment. According to the complaint, recently Ramjeet Rajbhar came to meet Sanjay and when he told that he was going to the hospital with his wife, Ramjeet asked about the keys of the house.

He alleged that he had three lakh rupees, out of which he took Rs 25 thousand and went to the hospital and left the rest in the bag at the flat, but when he returned, Rs 2 lakh 75 thousand in cash and wife's jewelery were missing from the bag. . Sanjay alleges that Ramjeet, along with Gorakh Sahni, stole Rs. 3.25 lakh in cash and his wife's jewellery.

Ramjeet's wife Geeta told that Ramjeet used to drive the car of Om Prakash Rajbhar's son Arvind Rajbhar. The police have caught him and taken him away, it is a matter of some money.
