Mahavikas Aghadi has released its manifesto regarding Maharashtra Assembly elections. Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, Shiv Sena (UBT) president Uddhav Thackeray and NCP (SP) chief Sharad Pawar released the MVA manifesto during an event. In this manifesto, Mahavikas Aghadi in Maharashtra has made many election promises to woo the voters, in which special focus has been laid on women, farmers and youth.
What are the promises in the manifesto?
It has been said in the manifesto that along with health insurance of Rs 25 lakh to the people, Rs 3,000 per month to women and guarantee of equality, caste census will be conducted and it will be increased by removing 50 percent reservation. Farmers will be given loan waiver up to Rs 3 lakh and incentive amount of Rs 50,000 will be given on regular loan repayment. The youth will be given unemployment allowance of Rs 4,000 every month.
Releasing the manifesto, Rahul Gandhi said that under our coalition government, money will be transferred to the bank accounts of three thousand women every month. Women will be given free bus service in state transport. As soon as our government is formed in the country, we will break the ceiling of fifty percent reservation. Government will be formed in Maharashtra also and we will conduct caste census. Rahul Gandhi said that I assure that no one can destroy the Constitution.
