Police have arrested 5 people in the case of rape of 2 girls in Kasturba Niketan area of Delhi. Also, Delhi Police has recovered the car in which the incident was carried out. After receiving the complaint about the incident, the police traced the accused through raids at various places and local investigation. In this case, a case has been registered against the accused under sections 64(1), 70(1) of gangrape as well as section 4 of the POCSO Act, as one of the victims is a minor.
Giving information about the case, Delhi Police said that two girls aged 17 and 22 have lodged a complaint with the police that they were sexually assaulted in Kasturba Niketan area on November 10, after which 5 people have been arrested.

According to the police, at around 4 am on November 10, information was received from Safdarjung Hospital about a medico-legal case in which a minor 17-year-old girl, resident of Ashram area of Delhi, and her 22-year-old maternal aunt were sexually assaulted. Is. After that the police team reached the spot and started action. The victim told in her statement that she had gone to the underpass club near Defense Colony at around 12 o'clock in the night. Then some people reached there in a car. The people sitting in the car asked both of them to wait for some time and assured them to take them to another club in Malviya Nagar or Gurgaon. After this the people in the car started talking among themselves and exchanged phone numbers with the victim. When the victim sat inside the car, he gave her a cold drink mixed with alcohol.
The victim says that later, the accused took both of them to various places including Gurgaon. Finally they took her to a house in Kasturba Niketan and raped her. After raping her, one of the accused left her near her aunt's house in the ashram and went away from there. After this, the next morning both the victim women went to Safdarjung Hospital. It is being told that the police was informed about the incident after the minor niece was admitted to the SJH doctor for stomach ache.
