New Delhi: A 12-year-old student died under suspicious circumstances in a private school in south-west Delhi on Tuesday morning. Giving information about this, the police said that Prince, a resident of Kudumpur hill of Vasant Vihar, was a student of sixth class. On one hand, the police suspect that he may have died due to a stroke, while on the other hand, the family has alleged a conspiracy and claimed that Prince was beaten by a boy who studied with him. Police said that at 10.15 am, information was received from Fortis Hospital located in Vasant Kunj that Prince had been brought dead.

'There was no injury on the body, but…'

Police said in a statement that upon questioning and examining the body, it was found that there were no injuries on the body, but something like foam was coming out of his mouth. The statement said that doctors verbally indicated that the boy may be suffering from seizures, but the investigation is ongoing. In the statement issued by the police, it was said that the students and teachers of the school are being interrogated and legal action will be taken accordingly. Prince's father works as a sewer line laborer in Sagar Vasant Vihar Society.

'My son had never had a stroke before'

The student's father Sagar said that his son had no problems and was completely healthy when he dropped him at school. He said, 'My son had never had a stroke before. He also played football and was a good player. Participated in inter-school tournaments and won many medals. There is something wrong with the 'theory' of the school and the police. Sagar claimed that some students told him that Prince had fallen during a fight with a classmate and then the school teacher took him to the hospital. He said the prince was first taken to Holy Angels Hospital and later referred to Fortis Hospital.
