In Haryana, despite a forty percent reduction in stubble burning by farmers compared to last year, the air remains poisonous. There is a cloud of dust and smoke in the sky.

It is being said that the air has become more poisonous due to the western wind. People are having difficulty in breathing and burning sensation in the eyes. People believe that stubble does not play much role in pollution but due to large number of vehicles, factories, brick kilns, buildings and road construction work, air pollution is increasing.
