South actor Darshan Thoogudeepa has been granted bail by the Karnataka High Court on Wednesday. Darshan has been given bail of 6 weeks on the basis of medical treatment. A total of 15 people, including Darshan and his friends, have been accused of murdering a fan. This murder took place in the month of June. After which the police arrested people in this case. Darshan was also arrested by the police in the same case and sent to jail. Now, while hearing this matter, the Karnataka High Court has granted bail for 6 weeks.

Yesterday this matter was heard in the Karnataka High Court. After hearing the arguments of the lawyers of both the parties, the High Court had reserved its decision. Now on Wednesday, Karnataka High Court has granted bail to Darshan for 6 weeks. Darshan's lawyer had argued in the court on Tuesday that he was experiencing numbness in both his legs. Darshan's lawyer had said that Mysore wants to get Darshan treated in a private hospital. The Public Prosecutor had opposed this matter. In which it was said that Darshan could be treated in Bangalore also. Before this, a medical board should take stock of Darshan's condition. After hearing the arguments of both the sides, the High Court did not give its verdict on Tuesday. Now on Wednesday the High Court has given its verdict regarding darshan. Now Darshan will be on interim bail for 6 weeks. During this time, he will undergo surgery on his leg in Mysore.
