Supercomputers work thousands of times faster than normal computers. You can guess the power and performance of these three supercomputers received by the country from the fact that the work that a normal computer can do in 500 years, the same work can be done by these Param Rudra supercomputers in minutes.
Param Rudra will do the work of thousands of computers
Let us tell you that these Param Rudra supercomputers can process such a large amount of data simultaneously that many ordinary computers cannot do together. These supercomputers are generally used in scientific and research work. Apart from this, they are also used to find out information about astronomical events and natural phenomena.
New supercomputers will be installed at these places
Let us tell you that the 3 Param Rudra supercomputers dedicated to India by Prime Minister Narendra Modi have been built at a total cost of Rs 130 crore. These computers will be installed in Pune, Delhi and Kolkata. The Param Rudra computer will be used to service the Meter Radio Telescope (GMRT) in Pune. It will study the discovery of astronomical events. The second Param Rudra computer will be used at the Inter University Accelerator Center in Delhi to gain information in the field of material science and nuclear physics.
