TRAI Rules: Airtel has launched two voice and SMS only plans, giving a gift to crores of its users. Recently, TRAI had directed telecom companies to bring voice only plans for 2G users. Following the instructions of TRAI, Airtel has introduced two cheap plans for its users. At the same time, Jio is also preparing to bring voice only plan for its users. BSNL is already offering voice only plans to the users.
At the end of December last year, the telecom regulator had recommended all telecom companies to bring cheap voice and SMS only plans for 2G users. Airtel has launched two recharge plans of Rs 509 and Rs 1,999, in which data will not be offered to the users. Come, let us know about these two plans…
509 plan
This plan of Airtel comes with a validity of 84 days. In this plan, users will get the benefit of unlimited voice calling on any number for 84 days. Also, users are being given the benefit of free national roaming and 900 free SMS across India. While revising this plan, Airtel has removed the 6GB data available in it. Apart from this, the company is also offering many complimentary services to its users.
Rs 1,999 plan
In this plan of Airtel, users get validity of 365 days. In this plan, users will get the benefit of unlimited voice calling on any number for 365 days. Additionally, users are being given the benefit of free national roaming and 3,600 free SMS across India. While revising this plan, Airtel has removed the 24GB data available in it. Apart from this, the company is also offering many complimentary services to its users.
