- First of all you have to go to the call section of your phone and go to call settings.
- Now you have to click on the option of Supplementary Service. It is possible that this option may be available in your phone under a different name.
- Now you will get the option of call waiting. If it is enabled then disable it.
- After disabling call waiting, go to the call forwarding option.
We get many types of privacy settings in smartphones.
- In call forwarding you will get two options of voice calls and video calls. Here you have to click on voice calls.
- You will get four options on voice calls but you have to click on the option of Forward When Busy.
You can avoid unwanted calls by changing the settings.
