Make these settings in the phone
First of all open Google Play Store in your phone.
After this click on the profile icon visible on the top-left corner.

Then tap on the General option visible at the top.

Among the many options seen here, you have to scroll down and turn on the toggle of Automatically Archive Apps.

After turning on this toggle, all those existing apps in your phone will be archived, which you do not use at all. After going to the archive list of apps, your phone's storage will be freed up and you will not need to delete any important document from your phone.
