BSNL has installed more than 35 thousand 4G towers so far and there is a plan to install 1 lakh mobile towers by June next year. Recently, Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia gave information about the network expansion plan of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. BSNL has extended its 4G network from Malapu in the country's easternmost state Arunachal Pradesh to Phobrang in Ladakh, situated at an altitude of 14,500 feet.

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has shared information about BSNL's 4G network expansion through its official X handle. DoT said in its post that BSNL's 4G network has reached Fonberg, Ladakh, situated at an altitude of 14,500 feet. Not only this, BSNL has extended its 4G service to Malapu in Arunachal Pradesh, the land of the rising sun.

The phone rang for the first time in the first village

Apart from this, DoT shared a video and said that mobile network has reached India's first village Nabi. The phone rang for the first time in this village of Uttarakhand. Till now there was no telecommunication facility in this village. In India, mobile network has expanded to 98 percent of the country. Mobile network is being expanded from metros like Delhi and Mumbai to villages located on remote mountains.

BSNL 4G service is also being expanded rapidly. Next year, BSNL's 4G service will be launched simultaneously across the country. BSNL's 4G service is being expanded in all telecom circles of the country. So far, more than 35 thousand 4G towers have been installed. The government has also given financial assistance of Rs 6 thousand crore to revive Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. In the coming few months, BSNL will be seen giving tough competition to other private telecom companies.
