Status will be shared automatically
Meta announced its upcoming feature through a blog post. It was told in the blog post that now users will be able to share their status directly on Instagram and WhatsApp. Let us tell you that till now this feature was available only for Instagram and Facebook but now it has been given in WhatsApp also. As soon as you share a story on Instagram, it gets shared on Facebook as well. Now you are going to get this same feature on WhatsApp also.

Meta has also shared a screenshot in its blog post. It is shown in this screenshot that a new Account Center is going to be added for WhatsApp users. With the help of this account center, you can link Meta app to your WhatsApp account. Apart from this, WhatsApp users will also get the option of Who Can See My Status in the settings.
You will be given a toggle to share your WhatsApp status on different platforms. If you want to share your story on Facebook, you will have to turn on the toggle in front of it. After this, as soon as you post any status on WhatsApp, it will automatically be shared on Facebook.
