Airtel is the second largest telecom company in the country. Airtel's userbase is more than 35 crores. The company increased its tariffs in July this year, after which millions of users left Airtel. However, despite this, the company has added 4.2 million i.e. 42 lakh new 4G/5G users to its network in the second quarter of the year. At the same time, the company's 5G userbase has also increased to 105 million i.e. 10.5 crore by September 30. Due to the expensive plans, Airtel's average revenue per user (ARPU) has also increased to Rs 233.
Getting unlimited 5G data
Airtel offers unlimited 5G data to its users. The company has not stopped giving this benefit to the users even after the plan becomes expensive. In every unlimited recharge plan of the company with daily data of 2GB or more, users get the benefit of unlimited 5G data. However, for this the user must have a 5G smartphone and must be accessing data in the 5G network area. After the increase in tariff, plans with 2GB daily data have also become more expensive than before. In such a situation, users can avail the benefit of unlimited 5G data for free through a trick.
Airtel's cheapest plan with unlimited 5G data comes at Rs 379. In this plan, full 1 month validity is offered to the users and users get the benefit of unlimited calling as well as 2GB high speed data daily. Apart from this, users also get the benefit of 100 free SMS daily. Apart from this, in this prepaid recharge plan, users also get many other benefits including free national roaming.
You will get free 5G data with this trick
Even though the company's plans are expensive, users can still avail the benefit of unlimited 5G data in any of their existing cheap recharge plans. For this, the company has introduced two 5G data booster packs. These data booster packs come in Rs 121 and Rs 161. In this pack, users get the benefit of 6GB and 12GB data respectively.
The validity of both these plans is 30 days. Apart from this, users can also avail a data booster pack of Rs 149, in which unlimited 5G data along with 1GB data is offered till the validity of the existing plan. In this way, users can avail unlimited 5G data by clubbing these booster packs with cheap recharge plans.
