Steps on cricket field 28 years ago

Wriddhiman Saha wrote on X that it has been 28 years since I stepped on the cricket field for the first time in 1997 and this journey has been fantastic. Playing on behalf of my country, state, district, club, university, college and school has been the greatest honor of my life. Saha said on the influence of cricket on my life that whatever I am today, every achievement, every learned lesson, I give credit to all this for this amazing game. Cricket has given me a very happy moment, unforgettable victory and invaluable experience. It has also taken my exam and has also taught me about dealing with him.

He said that ups and downs, victory and defeat have made me what I am in this journey. All things have to end, so I have decided to retire from all formats of cricket. Now the time has come to start a new chapter. It is now time to dedicate yourself to your family and friends. I want to cherish the moments that I could not experience because of being associated with sports.

Last Test match was played against New Zealand in the year 2021

When he came out to bat, the players also gave him a guard of honor.
