These days it is a season of cabbage, carrot, radish, bathua and green vegetables. However, the mind gets bored even after eating the same vegetables for a long time. If you want to eat something spicy and delicious, then you can eat gram flour pakoras and eat it. Besan's pakoras vegetable looks very tasty to eat. You can easily make it with bread or rice and eat it anytime. It can be made even when there is no vegetable in the house. Know the recipe of gram flour pakoras vegetable.
Besan pakode vegetable recipe
First step- First of all, you have to prepare gram flour pakoras, for this, take a bowl, add 1 cup gram flour to it. Now add half a teaspoon of turmeric and 1 teaspoon red chili to the gram flour. Add half a teaspoon coriander powder and a little garam masala. Add a quarter teaspoon celery and pinch asafetida. Mix everything with gram flour.
Second step- Now add finely chopped 1 onion and 1 finely chopped green chili to the gram flour. Prepare a solution like thick pakoras by adding water to the gram flour. Add salt as per taste. After whipping for a while, keep the batter to set for 5 minutes.
Third step- Heat mustard oil to fry pakoras. Put small pakoras in the oil and fry it. Fry all the pakoras in this way. Now add 1 tbsp of oil to the pan and add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds to it. Now add 1 big onion, garlic and ginger finely ground and fry it.
Fourth step- When the onion is roasted, grind 2 big tomatoes and green chillies and mix it. On roasting the masala, mix coriander powder, red chili, turmeric powder, kasoori methi. Now add 3 teaspoons of thick curd to it. Fry the spices till they release oil.
Fifth step- Now add water according to your spices. After boiling, add pakoras and cook the vegetable on medium flame for 5 minutes. Check salt chili once according to your own. After the time is over, serve the vegetable by adding finely chopped coriander from the top. Besan pakode vegetable is ready. Eat it with bread or rice.
