First step- To make garlic chutney, first of all add one cup peanuts, 12 dry red chillies and one teaspoon cumin in a pan and fry till it becomes light golden.
Second step- Now add these roasted things along with 12 garlic cloves, half teaspoon asafoetida, half teaspoon turmeric powder, salt and a little water in a mixer and grind everything.
Third step- After this you have to put some oil in a pan and heat it. Tempering of asafoetida and cumin seeds is to be done in hot oil.
Fourth step- Now add ground chutney to the pan. Don't forget to add half spoon lemon juice at the end.
