Makhana Breakfast Recipe

First method- To make Makhana snack, you have to take 1 bowl of Makhana. For this, choose thick sized puffed Makhanas. Put makhana in a pan and roast it lightly with 1 spoon ghee. If you want, you can add the makhana without roasting it. After frying for 5 minutes, add milk in the pan. Now let the makhana and milk cook. When the milk becomes slightly thick, turn off the gas. You can add other dry fruits of your choice whole or chopped into it. Now add sugar or jaggery sugar in it. If you want, you can eat it after it cools down a bit by adding honey.

Second way- To make easy breakfast from Makhana, take 1 bowl of Makhana and fry them lightly. Now after the makhana cools down a bit, grind it coarsely in a mixer. Heat milk in a pan and add ground makhana to it and stir while mixing. You can keep it thick or thin as per your choice. Other nuts can also be added either roasted or chopped raw. When it becomes thick, add sweet as per your choice and turn off the gas. Eat one bowl full of this for breakfast. This super tasty snack of Makhana will be ready in no time.
