You can prepare it quickly and eat it whenever you want. Know what is the easy recipe for making millet malaida?

Recipe to make Millet Malida

First of all, take millet flour and knead it soft. Millet flour is kneaded differently from wheat flour. It is broken, kneaded and immediately prepared into rotis. Now make slightly thick millet rotis from the flour. It is difficult to make millet roti. You can make these using wheat flour rolling pin gently. You can also roll it by applying polythene.

Now roast the roti on gas from both the sides. Similarly, prepare at least 4 rotis. When the rotis are slightly hot, crush them with hands and make them like fine powder. The Malida prepared from hand-mashed rice has a different taste. If you want, you can put the rotis in a mixer and grind them finely.

Now break the jaggery into fine pieces and add it while mashing it. Add desi ghee on top and mix everything. If you want, add desi ghee in the pan and add pieces of jaggery in it and melt it on low flame. Add ground rotis to this jaggery and mix.

Keep mixing the prepared mixture well by rubbing it with hands and then make it into laddus. Tasty Malida made from millet roti is ready. You can eat it as a sweet. Or you can also eat it with urad dal. Malida made from millet bread helps in keeping the body warm.
