In India, chutney is often served with food. If you also like to eat different types of chutneys, then you should definitely try making Amla and Garlic Chutney. Eating this spicy chutney will not only open all your taste buds but will also have many positive effects on your health during the winter season.
First step- To make this chutney, you will need amla, garlic, black pepper, asafoetida, cumin, green coriander and salt. First of all take out all these things.
Second step- Wash the amla and dry it thoroughly. Now cut the Amla and take out the seeds from inside it.
Third step- After this, peel 6 cloves of garlic. Now put amla and garlic in the mixer.
Fourth step- Along with amla and garlic, also add black pepper, asafoetida, cumin, chopped coriander in the mixer. Grind all these things well.
Fifth step- To add tempering to this paste, put oil in a pan and heat it. Add red chilli and cumin seeds to hot oil and temper it.
