Ingredients for making Pav Bhaji
6 pav, 2-3 onions chopped, one tomato, 3-4 potatoes boiled, half cabbage, one cup peas, beetroot paste, one teaspoon red chili powder, three teaspoons pav bhaji masala, half cup puree, butter, green coriander
How to make Pav Bhaji?

Step 1: To make pav bhaji, first boil 3-4 potatoes, cabbage and green peas. Now turn on the gas and place a pan. Add 3 spoons of oil and add potatoes, cabbage and peas in it. Fry them well till they turn golden. After that mash them well with the help of a masher and take them out in a vessel.

Step 2: Now add oil in a pan and fry onion, 2 green chillies, garlic and tomato well. Now cool them and grind them well in a jar. After grinding, add 2 spoons of butter in the pan. Now put this masala in the pan and cook it well. Cook the masala till it leaves oil. Now add potato and pea mixture to the masala and mix it well. For redness, add beetroot paste to this mixture.

Step 3: When the masala is mixed well, add 3 glasses of water to it. Now add one teaspoon red chili powder, three teaspoons pav bhaji masala and salt according to taste. Now cover the bhaji and keep it aside. Cook the bhaji until the gravy thickens. Finally garnish with green coriander.
