Ingredients for Moonglets:
Moong dal – 1 cup, Ginger – 1 inch, Cumin – 1/2 teaspoon, Salt as per taste, Asafoetida – 2 pinches, Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon, Rice flour – 1 tablespoon, Chopped green chilli – 1, chopped Chopped onion – 2 tsp, chopped capsicum, sweet corn – 1 tbsp, Eno fruit salt – 1 tsp, butter – 1 tsp, oil – 1 tsp
Method to make Moonglets:

First step: First of all, soak the moong dal for 4-5 hours. Take out the soaked moong dal from the water and grind it smoothly in the mixer. Add a piece of ginger to this paste and grind it. Put the paste in a big bowl and add one tablespoon of rice flour to it and beat it well for 5 minutes. (Adding rice flour makes moonglets crispy)

Second step: Now to make moonglets more tasty, add chopped vegetables like carrot, sweet corn, onion and capsicum to it. And mix them together again. Now add a little turmeric, half teaspoon cumin, finely chopped green chillies, 2 pinches of asafoetida and mix well again. Finally add 1 teaspoon eno fruit salt and mix it well. Leave the batter like this for 10 minutes.

Third step: Now, turn on the gas and heat some butter in a non-stick pan and spread it all around and then add the mung bean batter into it. Cook the moonglets on medium flame until they turn golden brown. It is quite fluffy so it should be cooked well from both the sides. Serve Moonglets hot and enjoy
