Easy way to make millet roti
First step: To make millet roti, first sift the flour. Making pure millet roti becomes a bit difficult. It would be better if you also mix 1 handful of wheat flour in it. Mix millet and wheat flour and knead the dough. You have to knead a soft dough by adding water little by little.
Second step: Millet flour has to be broken into pieces and kneaded. Immediately after kneading the millet flour, you should start making rotis from it. Now the most difficult thing is to make roti. For this, take a ball and make it round. Knead the dough lightly with your hands, now apply dry wheat flour and make small rotis.
Third step: Another way to make roti from millet flour is to take a ball of dough and keep it in the middle of a clean polythene. Now cover the dough with polythene from above and make millet roti by rotating the polythene gently. This will make perfectly round and good millet rotis without any tearing.
Fourth step: Now let the roti sink from below on medium flame and turn it over. Cook the millet roti well from the other side and then turn it over and keep it on the gas. Roast the millet roti until crisp on medium flame while rotating it lightly. Prepare all the rotis in the same manner. Apply ghee well on millet roti and serve it with vegetables or greens.
