If you have not tried Rajasthani garlic chutney yet, then you should definitely try this recipe. You will like the spicy and spicy taste of this chutney very much. From paratha to dal-rice, you can serve garlic chutney with any dish.

First step- First of all, separate and peel 2 whole garlic cloves and then put them in a mortar and grind them well.

Second step- To make the chutney spicy and spicy, now you have to add one teaspoon salt, one tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder and one teaspoon coriander powder in the mortar and grind everything.

Third step- Heat 2 tablespoons ghee or oil in a pan, add half teaspoon cumin seeds and fry till the cumin seeds turn light golden.

Fourth step- After this, add the ground mixture of garlic and spices in the pan. You have to fry this mixture on low flame until the raw smell of garlic goes away.

Fifth step- Mix everything well and cook for about 5 minutes. If needed, you can also add some water to this mixture.
