If you do not prepare laddus and eat them in winter, then understand that you have not eaten anything. In winter, some kind of laddus are made in every house. In winter, sesame laddus, linseed laddus, gum laddus, fenugreek laddus, dry fruits laddus, dry ginger laddus and many other types of laddus are made and eaten. Today we are telling you the recipe of laddu made from gram dal and sattu. Eating one laddu every day for breakfast in winter will give you full strength and energy.
Eat these laddus every day in winter, know the recipe of chana dal and dry fruits laddus.
First step- Take about 1 cup of roasted chana dal. If you do not have gram dal then you can also use gram sattu. Apart from this, you can also take roasted unpeeled gram. We are taking chana dal and will roast it on medium flame till it turns brown.
Second step- Take out the lentils, cool them and in the same pan or wok, add 1 spoon of desi ghee and fry half a cup of peanuts. Now add one-fourth cup cashew nuts, one-fourth cup almonds, one-fourth cup makhana in the pan and fry them.
Third step- Take out the dry fruits after roasting. Now roast one-fourth cup pumpkin seeds and one-fourth cup flax seeds in a pan. Take out all the ingredients and grind the roasted lentils into a fine powder in a mixer. In this mixer, grind all the dry fruits and seeds coarsely.
Fourth step- Now add one-third cup of desi ghee in the pan and add half cup of wheat flour in it and fry it. When the flour is roasted, add ground gram powder to it. When a light roasting aroma comes, add raisins, cranberries and raisins and fry. When the raisins swell, add 1 cup finely ground jaggery and mix.
Fifth step- Keep the gas flame very slow till the jaggery melts. Now add dry fruits powder to it and mix. Turn off the gas and let everything cool down slightly. Now start making laddus quickly from this prepared batter. After cooling, it becomes difficult to make laddus.
