If you feel like eating some tasty sweet, then you can make Rasmalai at home. It is very easy to make and its taste is so amazing that you will forget the tiredness of the day. So today we have brought for you this easy recipe of Rasmalai. Let us know about the methods of making Rasmalai.

Ingredients for making Rasmalai:

Two liters of milk, one spoon lemon juice, one cup sugar, three to four cardamoms, a pinch of saffron, almonds and pistachios (chopped) for garnish.

Method to make Chhena:

To make Chhena, first heat 1 liter milk. When the milk becomes hot, add lemon juice little by little and keep mixing. Mix it until the milk curdles well. Strain the curdled milk in a clean cotton cloth. After that add 1 to 2 cups of cold water on the sieve. This will cool down the Chhena. Now lift the cloth from all sides and squeeze it to remove all the water. Now rub this chhena well until it becomes soft. Now shape the Chhena into balls and flatten it slightly by pressing it with both the palms.

Method of making syrup:

Now make a string syrup. Pour half the water in a deep vessel and add one cup of sugar and 2 to 3 saffron. When the syrup becomes thick, put the balls in it and keep it for 20 minutes. After the stipulated time, press the rasgullas with both hands and keep them in another vessel.

Method to make Rasmalai:

Heat one liter milk till it reduces to half litre. When the milk starts thickening, add chopped almonds and cardamom powder and mix. Now put the prepared balls in it. Now keep them in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours to set. Your tasty Rasmalai is ready.
