3 tbsp flax seeds, half cup rice, 2 tbsp fenugreek seeds, 2 tbsp coconut oil
How to make homemade protein hair mask
Put flaxseed, rice and fenugreek in a bowl and add half a glass of water to it. Boil on medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes. When it boils, put all the ingredients in a grinder jar and grind it by adding a glass of water. Take out the smooth paste in the bowl. Put this paste in a cotton cloth and squeeze it well. Squeeze it until the protein paste comes out thoroughly. Now add 2 tablespoons coconut oil to this paste. Now do a middle parting of your hair and start applying this protein mask from the bottom. After 30 to 40 minutes of applying this mask, wash your hair only with water. Apply this mask on your hair as many days as you wash your hair in a week.
