Remove the grate and take the carrots out of the cooker. Mash the soft carrots well with the help of a ladle.

Second step: Now turn on the gas and keep the pan, add carrots in it and fry till the water dries up. When the water dries, keep the carrots aside and add half a cup of ghee in the pan. Now cook the boiled carrots in ghee well. Remember to cook the carrots until they turn golden in color. When the carrots start sticking lightly to the pan, slow down the flame, add half a pound of milk and cover the carrots again and cook.
