Weight loss tips before Diwali

No oil day- Bring your diet to No Oil Day 2 days before Diwali. That means, do not use any kind of oil in food during these two days. You should not eat any oily thing. For this, include as much fruits, salad, curd and green vegetables as possible in your diet.
