Ingredients for Ghugni:
In a big vessel, add green peas, two onions – finely chopped, 2 boiled potatoes, 2 green chillies, half teaspoon cumin, half teaspoon turmeric, salt as per taste, 2 teaspoon oil.
Method to make Ghugni:

First step: To make green pea ghugni, first peel the peas and then wash them with water and wipe them thoroughly with a clean cloth. Now close the green peas and potatoes in the cooker and boil for 3 whistles and take them out in another vessel.

second step: Now keep a pan on the gas. When the pan gets hot, add oil in it and temper it with cumin seeds and green matches. When they become golden, add finely chopped onions to it. When the onion becomes golden, add boiled potatoes and peas to it and reduce the flame to medium and cover them with a vessel.

Third step: After some time, remove the vessel and stir once and add turmeric, chaat masala and salt as per taste. Now cover it again. When they become lightly crunchy then turn off the gas. Your hot Ghugni is ready. Enjoy it.
