Now make a ball of dough and keep it aside. Take the dough according to the type of roti you want to eat. Like thin or thick. After this, put the pan on the gas and make a pan and spread a baking paper on it. Apply light ghee to the dough and start rolling it on baking paper. When you feel that the roti is breaking from the sides, shape it into a round shape with your hands. After this, lift the baking paper and turn the roti on the pan.
