Sprouts cutlet recipe
First step- To make sprouts cutlets, you have to take about 2-3 boiled potatoes. Peel the potatoes and mash it well. Now add about 200 grams of maanth dal and boiled sprouts of moongdal.
Second step- Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon kitchen king masala, 1 teaspoon mix herbs, 1 teaspoon ground red chili powder and mix all the spices in the pot of potatoes and sprouts.
Third step- Now keep the cutlets of the shape of your choice with the prepared do. Now take a very thin sevai and take them out in a plate while crushing them lightly. Stick the sevai lightly over the cutlet and set it while pressing it.
Fourth step- Take a non stick pan and add 2 teaspoons to fry it. Now set the cutlet on the entire pan and keep it. Bake the cutlet from one side on the medium flame. With the help of a spoon, turn the cutlets comfortably and fry till it turns brown from the other side.
Fifth step- Fry all the cutlets in this way and keep it in a plate. Eat sprouts cutlets with green chutney or sauce. The taste of boring sprouts will look tasty. This recipe will also help in weight loss.
