step 1- You can prepare kheer by mixing makhana and milk for breakfast. For this, take 1 bowl of thick sized makhana. Add 1 tsp ghee in a pan and fry the makhana. When the makhana is roasted and becomes slightly crispy, add dry fruits like cashews, almonds, walnuts and then fry further.

Step 2- Now take out all the things and let them cool slightly. Now add milk to the pan and leave it to boil. Now add makhana and remaining dry fruits to this boiling milk. If you want, you can grind them coarsely and mix them in milk. Now let them boil for a while and then add cardamom to the milk. Add some sugar as per taste and this special recipe of Doodh Makhana is ready, which you can also call Makhana Kheer.

Step 3- You can add dry fruits of your choice in it. This is the best way to consume milk and makhana. Children will also like this recipe very much. You can also add chironji in it.
