Lacto Ovo-Vegetarian- Such people do not eat meat, fish, chicken but eat eggs and dairy products with great enthusiasm.
Lacto-Vegetarian- This list includes those people who do not eat non-veg, chicken, fish or eggs. These people consume only dairy products like milk, curd and cheese.
Ovo-Vegetarian- These are people who do not eat meat, fish, chicken or dairy. But such people eat eggs.
Flexitarian- People adopting this diet are called semi-vegetarian. That means these people consume minimum non-veg, fish and animal products. This diet is for people who are worried about health related problems.
Pesco-Vegetarian- This list includes people who do not eat meat or poultry in their vegetarian diet, but they do eat fish.
Vegans are those who include only vegetarian things in their diet. These people do not consume any animal or its products. Vegans also do not eat animal products like meat, fish, dairy products, eggs and honey. These people consume only food items obtained from trees and plants.
