Radish season is in winter. You must include radish in your diet in some way or the other. Radish can be included in the diet in the form of vegetable, salad or any other dish. Recipe for making radish leaves bhujia
First step- To make Bhujiya of radish leaves, first separate the radish and cut it into fine pieces. Now cut the radish leaves into fine greens and wash them thoroughly with water.
Second step- Now add some water to radish and its leaves and steam them. Keep in mind that you do not have to boil the radish too much, just melt it lightly. After cooling, squeeze the radish and its leaves tightly to remove all the water.
Third step- Now take a kadai or pan. Add mustard oil in it like you do for cooking any vegetable. Add asafoetida and cumin in oil. Now add 4-5 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 2 finely chopped green chillies and fry. Now add turmeric, coriander powder and salt to the oil.
Fourth step- Now add radish and its leaves in oil and spices and mix. Mix everything well and cover and cook for some time. When the radish leaves and radish are completely cooked and mixed with the spices, turn off the gas.
Fifth step- Delicious bhujiya of radish leaves is ready. You can eat it with any dal. The extract of radish leaves also kills stomach worms. By eating this the body gets many essential vitamins. You must make bhujiya of radish leaves and eat it 1-2 times a week.
