Chutney not only enhances the taste but is also beneficial for health. Today we are telling you how to make tasty red chutney from dry red chilli and garlic. Make this chutney once and eat it. Believe me, you will leave the vegetables and eat the entire roti with just the chutney. People who eat 1-2 rotis will never know when they will eat 3-4 rotis. This is the recipe of red chilli and garlic chutney.

Red chilli and garlic, both used in Indian spices, are full of medicinal properties. Red chilli is considered good for the heart. This also helps in reducing cholesterol. Garlic is considered good for high blood pressure patients. Eating garlic also provides relief from joint pain and swelling.

Dry Red Chilli and Garlic Chutney Recipe:

First step: First of all, to make chutney, you have to take 4-5 dry red chillies. Wash these chillies lightly and soak them in half a cup of clean water. While the chillies are soaking in water, peel 7-8 cloves of garlic. If you make this chutney on cob batta, you will get the taste of childhood chutney made by your mother. Second step: Drain the red chillies from water and then add peeled garlic to it. Add 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp cumin and 1 tbsp coriander powder. Now grind everything well. You can grind dry red chilli chutney as coarse or fine as per your choice. While grinding the chutney, keep adding water in between. Now take out this chutney in a vessel.

Third step: Serve red chilli chutney with vegetables. If you want, you can also fry it lightly by adding asafoetida and cumin seeds in oil. Red chilli chutney does not spoil for 4-5 days, you can eat it daily with food.
