Believe me, you will leave the vegetables and eat the entire roti with just the chutney. People who eat 1-2 rotis will never know when they will eat 3-4 rotis. Dry Red Chilli and Garlic Chutney Recipe:
First step: First of all, to make chutney, you have to take 4-5 dry red chillies. Wash these chillies lightly and soak them in half a cup of clean water. While the chillies are soaking in water, peel 7-8 cloves of garlic. If you make this chutney on cob batta, you will get the taste of childhood chutney made by your mother. Second step: Drain the red chillies from water and then add peeled garlic to it. Add 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp cumin and 1 tbsp coriander powder. Now grind everything well. You can grind dry red chilli chutney as coarse or fine as per your choice. While grinding the chutney, keep adding water in between. Now take out this chutney in a vessel.
Third step: Serve red chilli chutney with vegetables. If you want, you can also fry it lightly by adding asafoetida and cumin seeds in oil. Red chilli chutney does not spoil for 4-5 days, you can eat it daily with food.
