Ashwagandha Tea

It has anti-stress properties. Consuming this tea reduces the level of stress hormone cortisol in the body.
Drinking Ashwagandha tea calms the mind and relieves worries and anxiety.
Also, drinking this tea helps you sleep well.
If you have difficulty sleeping, you should include this tea in your diet.
Drinking this tea in the evening or at night relieves fatigue and reduces stress.
To make this tea, add half a teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water and boil it well.
Then when half of it is left, filter it and consume it.
It is more beneficial to drink this tea in the evening or at night.
