Turmeric
Turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. It helps heal your internal wounds and reduce swelling after delivery. At the same time, it protects from infection by boosting the immune system. You can take turmeric milk or add it to soups and lentils etc.

fennel
Consumption of fennel improves breast milk production. At the same time, it improves digestion and prevents constipation. You can chew raw fennel or drink fennel water. You can also make it a part of tea and sweets.
