Follow these rules while eating curd

If you eat Amla mixed with curd, it boosts immunity. Besides, it also improves digestion. By consuming it, weight is easily lost.
Eating curd mixed with honey helps in improving digestion. It should not be heated. Because both curd and honey contain good bacteria, which can provide relief from indigestion, gas and acidity.
Consuming curd strengthens immunity and bones and is also beneficial for heart health.
