The Customs department raided the Jogeshwari house of Ejaz Khan and Fallon Guliwala, from where customs officials seized narcotics. Fallon's arrest follows the arrest of Ejaz Khan's office staff member Suraj Gaur, who was arrested on October 8 for smuggling 100 grams of Mephedrone (MD) through a European courier. According to ANI, Gaur had ordered the drug and had it delivered to Ejaz Khan's Andheri office. Not only this, the actor is missing since the raid, the Custom Department is searching for him.
Ejaz Khan spent 26 months in jail
In the year 2021, Ejaz Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). When 31 Alprazolam pills were found with the actor, he was released after spending about 26 months in jail.

Ejaz Khan got only 155 votes in Maharashtra Assembly elections. The actor had contested from Versova seat, one of the much talked about seats of Maharashtra Assembly elections 2024.
