All these people have inflammation in the joints, which increases in winter. Due to this, joint pain increases. Sometimes it becomes difficult to walk due to joint pain and stiffness. This condition causes joint pain and stiffness.

To avoid joint pain and stiffness, you can make some changes in your lifestyle and protect against joint pain.
Make this change in lifestyle
Do not leave the house in the morning and evening to avoid direct exposure to the cold. Try to complete all the work outside the house in the day.
Keep warm clothes and shoes to maintain warmth in the body.
Exercise indoor for some time to keep the body active.
The liquid intake of most people in the cold decreases. This can cause dehydration. This can cause stiffness in joints and reduce fluids. It causes pain. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the body hydrated.
Pain is more than normal due to increased physical and mental stress. Therefore stress management is very important.
In case of joint pain problem, doctors first recommend controlling weight. Excess weight causes more pressure on the joints, causing symptoms to become serious. Therefore, weight management is very important.
Follow anti -inflammatory diet
Inflammation is one of the main causes of joint pain in winter. The immune response of the body increases in winter. Due to which inflammation increases and joint pain increases. Anti -inflammatory diet should be followed to deal with this pain.
You should include all colors and vegetables in your diet.
You can include rye, millet, oats, quinoa and brown rice diet.
Eating more oil should be avoided. You can include olive oil.
Along with this, all types of pulses, gram, black beans and red Rajma can also be included in the diet.
Also include garlic, turmeric, ginger, cardamom, black pepper and cinnamon in the diet.
Eat curd, cheese and banana etc., as it is considered beneficial for gut health.
Avoid avoiding procedures, ultravocated food, refined carbs and sugar.
Consume seasonal fruits and vegetables
The body has to face different types of problems in every season. Therefore, seasonal fruits and vegetables should be consumed to deal with these problems.
Guava, gooseberry and oranges etc. are found in winter and they are anti-inflammatory.
Cabbage, cauliflower, brockley and carrots etc. are also available in winter. These vegetables also have anti -inflammatory properties.
If you consume these vegetables and fruits in your diet in winter, then you can get relief in joint pain and stiffness.
Along with this, you should get enough sleep and stay away from smoking.
