Benefits of CM Di Yoga Scheme
People of any age can connect with Yoga in CM Di Yoga. State soldiers, elderly and children are taking advantage of this scheme. 'CM Di Yogashala' is being run in more than 25 cities of Punjab. In which more than 1,300 'CM Di Yogashalas' are operated daily. More than 35,000 people of the state are taking advantage of this service. Through this scheme, people are being connected to yoga in districts, blocks and villages of Punjab.
Yoga classes are getting free
This is a free service from the government. A team of trained yoga trainers of Guru Ravidas Ayurveda University, Hoshiarpur has been appointed. Under his supervision, several teams have been formed by certified and trained yoga teachers in Punjab, who are teaching yoga to people living in different districts, mohallas and societies. You have to create a group of 25 people to take advantage of this service. The 1 member of each group will be a group coordinator and the same class will interact with the Yoga Instructor to organize organizers.
