But there are also some lentils, which should be done beyond eating at night, otherwise you may have to bear the loss instead of benefits. Do not forget to eat these pulses at night
By the way, consuming pulses is very beneficial for our health. However, some pulses should not be consumed at night. Forgetting at night, urad dal, kulathi dal, pea dal, lentil dal, gram dal and pigeona dal. Along with this, chickpeas, Rajma and white peas should not be eaten at night. Because all these pulses are not easy to digest. If you consume them at night, then you can face problems like stomach gas, acidity, indigestion, stomach pain, blotting and stomach heaviness.
Keep these things in mind
If you already have problems in your stomach, then these pulses and beans should not eat at all at night. You can make moong and lentil mix dal to eat at night. It is easily digested and no problem arises for the stomach. In addition, you can use ginger, asafetida, garlic and turmeric while making lentils. This makes it a little ease of digesting lentils. It is said in Ayurveda that consume lentils only in the afternoon, because eating dal in the afternoon is considered good.
