Recently, a woman named Amaka has claimed to lose 3 kg in 7 days. Amaka is a certified nutritionist and is very active about fitness. They have lost weight only with diet and exercise. Amaka has also shared her diet plan with fans.

He has also shared a small video of the weight loss process from his gym to diet. In which she is seen doing workouts. According to Amaka, he has lost 3 kg in just seven days by following diet and workout combination. In which he also walked a faster of 1 hour in 5 days in the hufte.

Diet for weight loss 3 kg in 7 days

Monday and Tuesday- On the first and second day, only 1 cup of rice, 1 cup beans, 3 tablespoons stems, 2 cups of vegetables with carrots, cabbage and cucumber, 2 pieces of boiled chicken which are about 250 grams in weight. 2 big apples in breakfast.

Wednesday- Take egg salad and green smooth breakfast. 3 boiled and mashed eggs, 8 cups chopped salad in which 1/3 cup Greek curd for carrots, cabbage and cucumber and dressing. 750 ml with green smoothie. Mix 1 big cucumber, 1 inch ginger, 1 apple and a handful of salad leaves and 1 cup of water together. Eat 1 cup of Greek curd and 1 small banana for breakfast.

Thursday and Friday- 1 cup Raw Oats flour is to prepare with a large bowl lady finger soup. Which will have only 1 tbsp of oil and 2 boiled protein chicken pieces. You should eat only 3-4 cups of watermelon in breakfast.

Saturday- 1 & 1/2 cup cooked beans, 3 cups cooked vegetables with 2 boiled eggs. You can take 1 low calorie biscuit and 1 low calorie drinks in breakfast. Both have a calorie under 250 calories.

sunday- 2 cups of ripe rice, 300 grams of chicken and 1 cup chopped vegetables in which you can include carrots and cucumber. Breakfast can eat 2 large cucumber and 50-60 nuts.

Things to take care- Yes, with this diet, you must drink at least 3-4 liters of water a day. Also, include a 1 -hour workout of any kind. However, before doing such diet for a long time, please consult a doctor.
