Police received a call from Park Hospital about the dead body at 10:30 pm. The police did not find any suicide note from Simran's flat, nor did Simran's family file any complaint against anyone. The family said that Simran was troubled for some time, due to which she took this step and they did not hold anyone responsible for it. Action was taken on the basis of written complaint of the family members and post mortem was conducted on Thursday morning. The body has been handed over to the relatives. No case was registered.
