Police have registered a case against 28 named and 120 unidentified people including 4 women in this case. In the statement, SP announced the termination of services of Rajeev Sharma and the appointment of Inspector Bablu Kumar, Town in-charge Virendra, Inspector HN Singh, Inspector Mahavir Chauhan, Mahila police station in-charge Sangeeta Chauhan, Sub-Inspector Anil Kumar Tomar, Police Station Head Sunil Kasana, Inspector Dharmendra Kumar and Inspector Bulandshahr. There is a demand to suspend all the guilty policemen including Premchandra Sharma with immediate effect.

An FIR has been lodged against the accused at Kakroli police station on behalf of Jatwara outpost in-charge Prasad. The accused are accused of obstructing government work and influencing voters. Police have said that an incomplete video of the Kakroli riot case is being made viral.

Choudhary said, 'This time Samajwadi Party is losing that is why its leaders are making false allegations against the police administration.'
